Aquatic Nature Silicate Stop M Seawater – 600 ml
- Removes quickly and effectively from saltwater aquariums
- Prevents algae formation
- Easy to use including net
High phosphate, nitrate and silicate values rarely occur in the biotopes of tropical marine fish
in front of. In our aquariums, however, this is different, due to food residues, excrement, insufficient filtering, protein skimming, certain activated carbon (acid crops) etc … the maximum limit quickly becomes
exceeded, so that unwanted and uncontrollable algae growth can quickly occur.
Tap water is usually not usable when setting up a marine aquarium, which is why
When preparing the water, the use of Osmosis water is recommended. Lower animals
and especially stony corals are very sensitive to small amounts of phosphate.
SILICATE STOP M absorbs silicate (SiO4) quickly and effectively. As a result, important elements are extracted from the algae, as a result the algae growth is slowed down and eventually disappears. The water quality has improved, algae disappear and lower animals, especially stony corals, thrive much better.
Optimal silicate values in marine aquariums are 0.06 to a maximum of 2 mg / L.
USAGE: Rinse the SILICATE STOP M for 2 minutes with aquarium water.
Place the filter net with the SILICATE STOP M in the sump and make sure that such a large
possible water flow. The absorbed silicates are not released back into the water when SILICATE STOP M is saturated. A rise in the silicate (SiO4) values means that the absorption capacity of the SILICATE STOP M is saturated.
PACKAGING : 600 ml container for aquariums up to 600 L at values from 0.1 to 1 mg / L.
CAUTION: When the aquarium water is yellow or ocher, it is recommended AQUATIC NATURE CARBO MARINE EXCEL to filter. This removes phenols and bad odors and significantly accelerates the action of SILICATE STOP M and makes it more effective. The NITRAT STOP M AQUATIC NATURE is an excellent help if the nitrate content is >15 mg.
