Uses a single bottle, multi-part approach to stimulate coralline algae growth without encouraging unwanted algae growth. Contains fine powdered aragonite, liquid calcium, strontium, magnesium and iodide.

Red to purple algae that forms on live rock is favoured by many reef hobbyists. It is very colourful and competes with unwanted algae.
This product is intended for use on all ornamental and aquarium fish only and must not be used on fish intended for human consumption.

High phosphate levels inhibit coralline algae growth.
Other factors to consider in the growth of coralline algae are

  • Carbonate hardness
  • Light intensity
  • Reef dwellers such as sea urchins that feed on them.
  • This bottle contains aragonite powder.

Shake well before use.
Add 1 capful (5ml) per 50 gallons (189 litres).
Add the product near any area of high water flow or directly into your sump.
The water in the tank will be temporarily cloudy. This will clear in time.
If you are testing for calcium levels, wait at least 1.5-2 hours for the product to disperse. The natural concentration of calcium in seawater is 420 ppm and you should maintain your aquarium’s salt water at no more than 420 ppm on a consistent basis.
