This 5 micron sediment filter is designed to effectively remove particles from your tap water, playing a crucial role in extending the service life of the osmosis membrane. For optimal performance, it is important to replace this filter once the exterior shows signs of gray or brown discoloration. Typically, this occurs after approximately 8000 liters of osmosis water have been produced, though this can vary based on the amount of particles present in your tap water.

This sediment filter is installed in a 10″ filter housing and is the first component that should be set up after connecting to the tap water supply.
