How to order

**Prices may vary when you select your country on the Check-out page, this is due to new EU-VAT regulations. We need to calculate the local VAT of the customer in the EU. Seaflower pays the VAT to the country of the customer.**

Your articles are in your shopping cart in your screen.
The prices can also be found in your shopping cart.
When you are ready with shopping, you can place your places via the shopping cart.
You will receive confirmation and invoice by e-mail.
Your order is available.
Since we have a wide range, it is impossible for us to keep everything in stock ourselves.
We can deliver the good contacts with our suppliers quickly (same day or a day later).

For fragile and / or heavy items (aquarium / coolers etc) different shipping costs apply.

Payment methods

Payment is possible via iDeal (NL), VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Mister Cash, Belfius, ING HomePay, CBC / CKC (BE), PayPal, Sofort banking, Amex, bank transfer and Pay after receipt (NL).
Paying via iDeal (NL) and MisterCash (BE) is free and easy.
Payment via PayPal is charged with costs that PayPal charges us (about 4% of the total amount)..
Payment via Credit Cards is charged only if card is outside EU registered with costs that the relevant companies charge us (+2.4% fee).

You transfer the order amount to the interim account of MultiSafePay

With all payments secure (SSL) connections are used so that no one can intercept the data. This not only guarantees the security of your payment, but also that your details never end up in the wrong hands.

Delivery Information

Shipping cost via PostNL, FedEx, UPS or DHL. Shipping of fragile products like T5-tubes is on risk of customer and we charge an extra packing material fee.
Companies are excluded of free shipping.

Shopping cart will calculate the shipping costs automatically when your country is selected.

The Netherlands:
0-20 kg – € 6,50 PostNL (free shipping when order is above  € 75, excl T5 tubes)
20-30 kg – € 10,00

0-22 kg – € 9,00 PostNL (Free shipment if order is above €75, excl T5 tubes)
22-30 kg – € 11,00

Unfortunately, we had to adjust our shipping costs, PostNL has increased them considerably.
We are still looking at alternatives and hopefully we can charge different costs in the future.
For all countries, the current shipping costs are calculated on the check-out page.

Returning items

If you want to return an item, please contact Seaflower. Considering the following: The buyer is obliged to inspect the products upon arrival and to report any defects directly to Seaflower. Claims regarding deliveries must be made to us in writing within 24 hours after the goods have reached the buyer. Failing this, we are deemed to have delivered in accordance with our obligations. If a complaint has been made in time and the delivered goods do not comply with the agreement, we will arrange for free re-delivery or credit the purchase amount of the product at your option and against return of the delivered goods. This is only possible for unused items.

The right of withdrawal

The buyer (excluding companies) has the right to withdraw the purchase made within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving a reason. This does not apply to products that have been used, such as technology, magazines, food, test sets, specially ordered items and custom-built products such as aquariums, sumps and skimmers. We do not accept used goods as a return. The goods must be returned complete, undamaged, unused and in their original packaging, including warranty cards (if supplied). The return costs are then for the account of the buyer and will be around € 7 in NL, for other countries the local shipping rates apply for international shipping. Seaflower pays back the amount paid (excluding the return costs) to the buyer within a period of 30 days after receiving and checking the return goods or canceling the order. If by returning a part of the articles the original purchase amount falls below € 50, we will settle the shipping costs (see information above), which you would have originally paid, with the amount to be refunded. Return of products/warranty

Contact Seaflower before returning any products. Customers needs to pay for shipping to and from us in case of warranty. If the item works properly after examination, we are forced to charge examination costs and the customer must reimburse the return costs. Research costs are € 30 per hour
