A UV-C lamp removes single-celled algae and provides crystal clear water in salt and freshwater aquariums. It alsoinactivates bacteria and other aquatic parasites and thus reduces the risk of infection in your fish.
A controlled flow of water and the large volume of theHelix Max 2.0ensure maximum effectiveness. The water flows through a spiral around the quartz tube, which leads to a more effective use of the UV radiation compared to other standard units.
The hose connections can be rotated 360 °, so that it can be attached at any angle. This saves space during installation.
Due to the simple disassembly of the unit, it is easy to clean the inner spiral.
Simple, safe to use and safe operation thanks to the integrated window.
All versions of the Helix Max 2.0 are equipped with a high frequency ballast. The ballast unit extends the life and efficiency of the UV lamp
