Grotech Magnesium pro liquid is designed for a quick boost in the magnesium levels of aquarium water.

Each liter of this liquid contains 50,000 mg of magnesium. When using Magnesium pro liquid, you only need to add the amount of magnesium that is actually required.

First, you will need to measure the current magnesium level in your aquarium.

For example, if your current magnesium value is 1200 mg/l and you wish to raise it to 1300 mg/l in a 500-liter aquarium, here is how you can calculate the amount needed:

• Desired Mg value – Measured value = Deficiency in mg/l:
  1300 mg/l – 1200 mg/l = 100 mg/l
• Deficiency in mg/l x Aquarium capacity in liters = Total deficiency in mg:
  100 mg/l x 500 liters = 50,000 mg
• Total deficiency in mg / Mg pro liquid concentration = Required addition in liters:
  50,000 mg / 50,000 mg/l = 1 liter

It is important to add the required amount over the course of a day. After a few days, you will be able to assess your aquarium’s magnesium consumption, allowing you to manage the daily deficiency through a dosing pump. It may seem complex at first, but it is quite manageable.
