The HI764-25 is a set of high-performance pre-measured reagents that enables users to take quick and precise measurements using their Nitrite Ultra Low Range Checker® HC. These reagents operate on the diazotization method, where a reaction occurs between nitrite and the reagent, resulting in a pink tint in the sample.

To use, simply add the packet of HI764-25 reagent to your sample. The reaction will take place, and the HI764 will measure the concentration based on the color produced. The results are displayed in parts per billion (ppb) of nitrite.

These reagents are specifically designed for samples expected to have a nitrite concentration range of 0 to 200 ppb.
