The HI97115 Marine Master is a compact and versatile multi-parameter photometer designed to measure pH, alkalinity, ammonia, calcium, magnesium, nitrate, nitrite, and phosphate in saltwater aquariums and marine biology applications.

This device can be used as a standalone photometer or connected to the Hanna Lab app on your smartphone or tablet via the integrated Bluetooth module. When connected, the app offers features like adding notes during measurements, data logging with expanded storage, sharing data, and creating and saving method groups.

The HI97115 photometer boasts an advanced optical system that utilizes an LED and a narrowband interference filter for accurate and repeatable measurements. It is immersion-tight, incredibly intuitive, and user-friendly, complete with a help mode that walks you through the process step by step.

The exclusive CAL Check feature from Hanna Instruments provides performance verification and calibration of the meter to NIST standards. Our CAL Check standard cuvettes simulate a specific absorbance value at a given wavelength to verify measurement accuracy. The CAL Check display guides you step by step through the validation and calibration process.

Help Function

The built-in help function guides you through the measuring process, covering everything from sample preparation to required reagents and quantities. This photometer is designed with a backlit display, virtual keys, a battery status indicator, and error messages. You will see the selected parameter and method alongside the measured value.

Battery Status

This meter uses three AA batteries, providing approximately 800 readings. It automatically turns off after 15 minutes of inactivity to conserve battery power, and an indicator displays the remaining battery life.
