The problem:

Filter media play a crucial role in maintaining excellent water quality in an aquarium. They assist in removing excess pollutants and enhancing overall water quality. However, many times, media are simply placed in filter bags, which can lead to channel formation where not all media comes into contact with the water. Consequently, the full capacity is left unused.

• Two-in-one: One reactor, two media – with the TORQ cylinders 1.0 and 2.0, it is possible to use two different filter media simultaneously by inserting a chamber separator.
