The Care Magnet concept was a groundbreaking innovation in 2014, revolutionizing the design of window pane cleaners. It features an ergonomic handle combined with specialized plastic blades crafted from durable, wear-resistant high-performance plastic.

Why care?

This glass pane cleaner is designed to prevent scratches on the internal surfaces of your aquarium, making it safe to use even on acrylic glass panes with the small plastic blade. The inner magnet remains more than 3 mm (0.2″) away from the aquarium, reducing the risk of sand getting stuck.

The two plastic blades effectively remove algae from the glass surfaces, performing nearly as well as a sharp metal blade. The lifespan of each blade ranges from several months up to approximately one year.

The low flow resistance during cleaning, paired with a strong magnetic coupling, makes it nearly impossible to separate the magnet. The larger blade is intended for use with the included stainless steel blade when tackling particularly stubborn algae, such as older deposits on the side walls or thick calcareous algae. The round edges of the plastic blades ensure a smooth transition between panes at the aquarium edges, preventing any damage to the silicone joints.
