Aqua Medic ICP Xtra D – 2kg (MgCl2·6H2O) magnesium supply in saltwater aquaria
ICP Xtra products A, B, C, and D offer essential ingredients to enrich aquarium water with the calcium, magnesium, and carbonate that are necessary for calcification. This ensures a balanced and stable environment, which is crucial for successfully keeping marine fish and corals.
The components can be utilized individually or together, allowing you to implement the Balling or Balling light method with ease. It is recommended to use a dosing pump for straightforward application.
ICP Xtra D
Magnesium chloride (hexahydrate) (MgCl2 · 6 H2O) serves as a magnesium supply for saltwater aquaria.
Usage Instructions:
- Use as a single component: Add 10 g of magnesium chloride hexahydrate per 100 l of aquarium water to increase the magnesium content by approximately 1.2 mg/l.
- Use as a Balling component: Prior to use, it is essential to prepare a liquid solution using osmosis water. The maximum solubility is around 1,200 g of magnesium chloride hexahydrate per 1 l of osmosis water.
