Aqua Medic ICP Xtra A – 2 kg (NahCO3) For increasing the carbonate hardness in saltwater aquaria
ICP Xtra A, B, C, D products provide the essential ingredients to supply aquarium water with the calcium, magnesium and carbonate required for calcification. This provides a balanced and stable environment for successful marine fish and coral keeping.
The components can be used individually or in combination to operate the supply using the Balling or Balling light method. It is easy to use and is recommended to be added with a dosing pump.
ICP Xtra A
Sodium hydrogen carbonate
(NaHCO3)
For increasing the carbonate hardness in marine aquariums
Use as a single component:
3 g of sodium hydrogen carbonate per 100 litres of aquarium water will increase the carbonate hardness by approximately 1° dKH.
Use as a balling component:
It is essential to prepare a liquid solution with osmosis water before use. The maximum solubility at 20 °C is approx. 93 g sodium hydrogen carbonate per 1 l osmosis water.
Ingredient: Sodium hydrogen carbonate
