Why does PostNL stops with the not-home notes?
PostNL says it will save about 70,000 kilos of paper annually by abolishing non-home notes. In addition, PostNL has the most up-to-date information available online and the recipient can check the status of the package anywhere and at any time.

Then of course you would like to know where the package was delivered.
Fill in your e-mail address correctly when placing a shipment, check your SPAM folder if you have not received a tracking e-mail (after max. 3 days).
If you don’t have a PostNL account yet, you can create one and download the PostNL app. This way you always have an overview of all shipments at hand and it is often also possible to adjust the delivery.
If you already have the PostNL app, you can easily import shipments into the app.
