Silicone hoses remain flexible and absorb vibrations from lifting pumps.
Place a piece of hose between the pump and the PVC pipe work and you will be amazed how much noise (vibrations) disappear.

A full silicone hose from pump to outflow is absolutely beautiful. This ensures that there is much less restriction / resistance for the delivery pump, so that the pump performs better. Every bend in a PVC pipe causes a delay.
Also beautiful transparent silicone hoses for dosing pumps, so you can clearly see if there are air bubbles in the hoses which are not desirable.
